2025 was a breakthrough year for IoT adoption in housing and utilities across Ukraine. What used to be seen as a luxury is now a standard for savings and safety.

Tech that became mainstream

In 2025, “smart home” moved from luxury to necessity. LoRaWAN, NB-IoT, and BLE became more affordable, and both public and private developers began integrating IoT infrastructure into turnkey projects.

AZIOT’s role in the transformation
